Complete the Inquiry Form: Start by filling out the online form available on our website or contact the Admissions Office directly.

Receive Information: After submitting the form, our Admissions Team will send you an information packet outlining the application process, required documents, and important deadlines.

Schedule an Assessment: Once your application and documents are submitted, we will arrange an entrance assessment. This may include:

• A Brief Interview

• Language Proficiency Test

• Academic Evaluation

Online Application: Fill out the official online application form through our admissions portal or download the form and submit it via email or in person.

Confirm Your Child’s Grade Placement: Indicate your child’s desired grade level and provide any relevant information that will help us assess their educational needs.​

Meet with the Admissions Team: After the assessment, the Head of School or Principal will arrange a family meeting to discuss your child’s application, academic needs, and how we can best support their learning journey at PGIS.

Proof of Identity: Passport, visa, birth certificate, or national ID.

Notification: Once your child’s application is reviewed and accepted, you will receive an official offer of admission.

Confirm Acceptance: To confirm your child’s place, submit the enrollment fee and any necessary paperwork. The admission is finalized once the payment is processed.
